Making goats’ milk products stand out in their field

The challenge

St Helen’s Farm supplies fresh goats’ milk products to supermarkets across the UK. Using social media, they wanted to raise awareness of the nutritional value, health benefits and great taste of their range, which includes milk, cream, butter and yoghurt. Building on their existing audience, their aim was to maximise reach, increase engagement and followers.

Our solution

Working alongside the in-house team we developed fresh, engaging content and social media posts on the nutritional and health benefits of goats’ milk products. This included recipes, competitions, product launches and educational information about the farm and healthy lifestyle choices.

We also engaged with influencers, customers and lifestyle and nutrition bloggers, to encourage them to taste the products and to reach new audiences.

Working with their monthly ‘Carton Stars’ we generated local media coverage raising brand awareness and engaging at a local level.
