Team strengthened with graduate recruitment

We have recently appointed our new marketing assistant, Megan Gilbertson a graduate from Northumbria University. This is our second graduate appointment in a year as Lottie Logan joined us as account executive from York St John University in June 2016.

Graduate recruitment has been at the heart of our recent growth strategy and is proving a successful approach whilst working with a number of new and exciting clients. Megan recently graduated from Northumbria University with a degree in Advertising and joined our team in June this year. She will be assisting with client accounts and managing the day to day running of our office.

Lottie joined the team with a degree in International Business Management and now works across a variety of client accounts. She said: “I moved to York from the South of England for my degree and really wanted to stay in the city following my graduation so was delighted to be given the opportunity to join the Intandem team. Working in a small company has accelerated the level of experience I have gained as I am able to get involved in a variety of different work, something which I’m not sure I would have been able to do in a bigger company so early in my career.”

Rachel said: “With such a high calibre of universities in the region I am in the fortunate position as a business owner of having a great pool of talent on the doorstep. I feel passionate about encouraging these graduates to stay in the region and offering them good opportunities here. Charlotte has really flourished since she’s been with us and Megan is already settling well in to her new role, I am very much looking forward to seeing the team continue to develop.”
