Launching a new website for specialist mental healthcare provider The Retreat Clinics!

As part of our work with specialist mental healthcare provider The Retreat Clinics, we have helped them to refresh their brand and design, develop and launch their new website.

The Retreat Clinics is a mental health and wellbeing provider with over 200 years of experience, and offers bespoke, personalised therapy, based on their belief that everyone’s mental health is different. They help adults, children and young people with effective therapy, assessments, and support to improve their lives, delivered from their clinics in York,  Manchester or online.

We started with a series of workshops to unravel their vision and understand their marketing goals. The first challenge was then to refresh and align the branding across all parts of the organisation and bringing the business together across their different locations.

We also helped to revitalise their website. This involved creating a fresh design in their new branding, an improved customer journey to allow potential clients to easily get in touch and start their treatment process, an improved navigation, and compelling copy in order for The Retreat Clinics to attract more clients.

We are excited to now be working on phase 2 of their website in order to improve the customer journey further and provide a better user experience for existing clients!
