A new style for Yorkshire lingerie company, Ample Bosom’s social media & marketing
Established online business, Ample Bosom has been supplying plus-size bras for women of all shapes and sizes since 1999. The company needed to grow the business by reaching new customers and informing existing customers of its broad product range, which as well as bras, includes underwear, nightwear, swimwear and lingerie from the world’s leading brands. With limited in-house resources, the company wanted to refine its PR & marketing strategy and ensure it maximised the opportunities offered by digital and social platforms whilst developing its reputation as the ‘bra expert’.
Working closely with the business owner and her team to understand the Ample Bosom brand, we defined their vision and goals and analysed their current position in the market and their plans for a new website. Building on this, we created a PR & marketing strategy featuring detailed customer personas and a set of themes and key messages to refresh and reposition them and drive more sales. This then fed into a 12-month, joined-up activity and content plan across all its communications, which included managing newsletters, social media, PR, branded collateral and leaflets to use across their packaging, digital advertising, social media and website.
We are now working with Ample Bosom to improve their customer journey, supporting their SEO and running targeted social media ads to ensure they stand out as the UK’s leading bra specialist offering a personal, straightforward and enjoyable shopping experience.
