Our communications video series continues with more special guests!

Following on from our successful our series of bitesize communication videos last year, Rachel has once again joined employee engagement specialist Michelle Mook and HR specialist, Natalie McMillan for a new series. Joined by special guests from across a variety of business sectors, the videos reflect on the lessons they learnt in 2020, how the pandemic has affected their business, how they will operate going forward and what they will do differently in 2021 and beyond.

Aissa Gallie, Head of Communications and Organisational Development at York & North Yorkshire Local Enterprise Partnership. Aissa shared her honest thoughts on the significance of authentic leadership, learning how to say no and getting real in 2021.

In our most recent video, Sam Alexander, CEO of Your Consortium joined Rachel, Michelle and Natalie for a discussion that focused on the importance of communication, reflecting on what really matters and flexibility.
