Launching Yorkshire’s hidden gem, Kirkby Fleetham Hall Estate

We’ve had a lot of excitement launching our client Kirkby Fleetham Hall Estate, an idyllic country estate and home away from home in the heart of North Yorkshire, which is now available for exclusive hire for weddings, events, intimate gatherings, special occasions and retreats.

As part of this, we created a PR and marketing strategy which welcomed VIPs, journalists, influencers and industry suppliers to come and experience the magic of Kirkby Fleetham Hall across three individually curated events.

The events included an overnight stay, 6-course dinner with wine pairings, a Qigong yoga class and afternoon tea by the lake, with activities purposefully selected to showcase the different spaces at the venue and driving 147 pieces of stunning content from our guests.

Our strategy also included developing content for their social media, website and wedding brochure using carefully created key messages and photography to position the venue as an exclusive location for sophisticated, high-end events and stays, appealing to guests seeking a luxurious and unforgettable venue.

In just two months, our joined-up approach has secured coverage in regional and bridal publications including The Yorkshire Post, The Bridal Buzz and H&N Magazine as well as increasing the reach on Facebook by +536% and +7700% on Instagram and followers on Facebook by +240% and Instagram by +876.8%. The result of this was increasing the number of enquiries by +224%.
