The Streets of York: Four centuries of change preview exhibition evening

We are thrilled to have co-hosted ‘The Streets of York: Four centuries of change’ preview exhibition, with Andrew Jackson Solicitors, last week. It was a brilliant evening and it was great to see so many familiar faces coming together to celebrate our beloved streets of York in the stunning mediaeval building, St William’s College.

The Streets of York exhibition and book has been brought together by Sir Ron Cooke and is a unique collection of over 200 original paintings, drawings and photographs of our famous streets through the last four centuries. We are delighted to be helping with social media to promote the book and exhibition.

The exhibition is now open to the public weekdays between 2:30-4:30pm. Admission is £12 for adults and under 16’s free. You can buy the book at the exhibition for £20, or from local retailers in York and online for £30 https://bit.ly/2IolR02. Proceeds go to York Against Cancer, York Minster Fund and York Civic Trust.
