Tasting success with the PR launch of Twine and Barrel

It has been a pleasure to recently manage the PR launch for the team at Twine & Barrel, a new bar and restaurant on the outskirts of York. Located on the A1079 in Dunnington, the country pub has been totally refurbished, and now offers customers an all-day dining experience in a relaxed and inviting atmosphere.

Former Masterchef finalist and head chef Dan Graham is at the helm of the restaurant and is set to create vibrant seasonal menus with a contemporary twist on classic dishes. The venue also offers a dedicated event and meeting space, perfect for private functions and business meetings with the added bonus of lots of free parking and a reliable wi-fi connection!

We secured widespread press coverage in both online and print publications including a front page story in The York Press, coverage in the Yorkshire Post’s ‘Food Matters’ column and the headline story on Bdaily’s e-bulletin. The launch was also covered by the Yorkshire Food Guide, York Mix, and Wine and Dine Yorkshire amongst others and a review by Yorkshire Living's Catherine Turnball is in the magazine's March edition.

An organised visit from food blogger, York on a Fork, resulted in a hugely positive restaurant review which was shared with a network of 10,000 followers!

As a result of the successful PR coverage, Twine & Barrel, had an exceptionally busy Christmas and New Year period and we would, of course, recommend making a visit if you can!
